We typically deliver within 7 days of placing your order. Use the steps below to check your order status at any time.

How to Track Your Order

1. Check WhatsApp — We'll send your tracking ID and tracking link on WhatsApp within 48 hours of placing your order.
2. Check your email — Look for your order confirmation email from JhamundaVerse. It contains your order number (e.g. #1001) and a direct tracking link.
3. Click the tracking link — The link will take you directly to your live order status page, showing fulfilment and delivery updates.
4. Use the order status page — You can also visit your order status page directly by going to: jhamundaverse.in/account/orders if you have an account.
